Systems for the transport of pasta dough

A distribution shuttle is used to distribute the pasta dough on multiple sheeters or moulders. In essence it is a trolley with wheels mounted on tracks that collects the pasta dough, transports it and releases it at the entrance of subsequent machines.

The trolley, made entirely of stainless steel (except for some details in alimentary plastic), moves on a self-supporting stainless steel structure and is controlled by a PLC, which regulates its movement.
