Systems for reduction of the bacterial load of the product

The function of the pasteuriser is to raise the temperature of the product quickly and sufficiently to reduce bacterial load. This operation is performed by passing the product through a tunnel saturated with injected steam. The machine is entirely in stainless steel and the conveyor belt can be made of special alimentary polypropylene able to withstand high temperatures or in a stainless steel network pulled by side chains. The tubes for the injection of steam are made of AISI316 stainless steel. The pasteurisation tunnel is insulated with rock wool to ensure minimal energy waste and maximum safety for operators. The motorised opening of the top cover is guaranteed through the use of mechanical jacks. Depending on the customer’s needs, it is possible to supply the machine with the most appropriate dimensions and most suitable accessories; for example, a final drying zone and special washing ramps for cleaning can be provided.
